Obama has made his decision. It turns out he has picked someone who has foreign policy experience, Delaware Senator Joe Biden.

Obama and Biden will appear together today in Springfield, Ill., outside the Old State Capital.

The VP decission leaked to the media hours before the campaign wanted to release the information in a text message to their supporters. So the text got sent just after 3am eastern. Way to wake people up!
